Cambodia Outreach's pioneering work began in Cambodia's capital city Phnom Penh in 1994. Through effective evangelism
and discipleship, seeds of faith took root in the lives of local Cambodians, many of whom had never heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. Small Bible study classes were started in the homes of the early believers and their leaders, leading to a strong and committed group of disciples. This group began to share their faith to their neighbors and families, giving birth to Cambodia Outreach's base local church, New Life Fellowship Phnom Penh.
Dedicated to planting and growing strong local churches, Cambodia Outreach began planting and resourcing churches throughout Cambodia's remote and rural areas in 1999. We achieved our goals through outreach events, planting small/house groups, and establishing local churches with their own local pastors and community buildings. The vision of Cambodia Outreach is to see every province in Cambodia with a vibrant and growing local New Testament church.
Cambodia Outreach is led by Pastor Jesse and Soar McCaul since 2006. It is a diverse and strategic church planting and humanitarian movement actively working in 12 of Cambodia's 24 provinces, with a goal of reaching all 24 by 2020.
Jesse and Soar were married in 2000, and welcomed Jessica Faith into their family in 2005. Originally from Oregon in the U.S, Jesse has called Cambodia home since 1995.
Weekly Church Schedule

7:00 am - 9:00 am: First Worship Service
10:15 am - 12:15 pm: Second Worship Service
5:30 PM - 7:30 pm: Third Worship Service
We welcome visitors to come and worship with us at any of our services. Each of our times of worship are in the local Khmer language and are interpreted through our radio headsets into English. Our bookshop not only has resources for the local Cambodians but sells items made by the children from the Children at Risk sponsorship program and CD's of our locally written and produced worship music from our worship team Extreme.
